I cannot recommend this hotel enough if you are attending an event in Accor stadium. Myself and my friend stayed for the first night of Taylor swifts eras tour, and were beyond impressed by the hotel and its staff. In particular, angelique and bianca on the front of house, who looked after us during check in. We arrived at 8am off a red eye flight from Perth, with official check in not until 3pm. Straight away they assured us that every effort would be made to get us into our room as soon as possible, and at 12pm on the dot we were able to access our room for a much needed pre concert nap. No extra charge was asked for and it was clear that they along with all the other staff really wanted to make our stay and concert experience as good as possible. The whole atmosphere in the hotel was beyond welcoming, with Taylor swift music playing throughout our stay in the lobby. Other hotels I’ve been to for concerts have never been as on board as Ibis Olympic park. Overall we would book to stay here again in a heartbeat should we ever attend another event in Accor stadium.

Location was perfect for concert goers (within walking distance to train station), great value for money, front desk staff were exceptional, hotel amenities were excellent, breakfast and dinner were fantastic, the room was really clean and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was great - smorgasbord with lots of variety of hot and cold foods. Location was good, easy to find. The view out the window of Olympic park is amazing. Only a few steps to Accor stadium .

The check in staff were amazing! We arrived at 315 and there was a line for check in. We expected a wait and the staff were moving people through as fast as possible. What we didn't expect was the additional service we received when we came to check in as they provided us with complimentary drinks from the bar for our wait. There was an event on so we knew it would be busy but this did not stop the staff going above and beyond and all with a smile.

The staff were professional, helpful and lovely. The hotel itself was extremely clean and comfortable. Location was fantastic. Never again will I drive when going to an event at Olympic Park when the hotel made it way too easy for us! On top of all that, the bed was comfortable and the block out blinds allowed us a very welcomed sleep in. The onsite parking added to the convenience of a fantastic stay.

The Ibis location was perfect for our visit to the Sydney Royal Easter Show. Great to be able to be within a short walking distance to and from the Showgrounds. The bed was comfortable, and the room supplied our needs. The Novotel is attached, so to find a table at breakfast was tricky - had to clear our own. Parking available at a cost. Important to be aware there are two Ibis locations within the same area - we turned up at the wrong one but it was soon sorted - GPS is not always reliable and the Ibis sign on the building was what directed us to the wrong site. Also, taking into account road closures mainly due to the Royal Show.

Easy check in. Room was clean and as expected at this price point. Staff were all lovely, helpful and definitely an asset. I returned from the tennis at 2:30am and on asking was given an 11am checkout which allowed a decent sleep. Much appreciated and will definitely use this Hotel when attending events in the future

Staff were amazing and super friendly. Excellent location with awesome views. Room service was a little pricey but arrived super quick and tasted delicious! Highly recommend the banana bread 🤤 so yummy!!!

Proximity to the show we were travelling for was perfect! The beds were comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was very good.

Location was perfect as we were going to a concert at Qudos Bank Arena. Room was better than expected and very much value for money considering the location! Staff were super friendly and helpful.
